Corporate & Festival Gifting — Custom Bulk Hampers
Give your team and clients something with meaning, not another mug. Gharana curates custom festival and corporate gift hampers — brass diyas, idols, puja samagri and handmade craft — packed and branded to your budget. From ten thoughtful boxes to ten thousand, we handle design, personalisation, GST invoicing and pan-India dispatch so your gifting is handled end to end.
These are the curations companies come back to. Every one of them is a starting point rather than a fixed box: swap the idol, change the diya colourway, drop the chocolates, print your artwork on the bag. Tell us the headcount and the occasion and we will send back a costed proposal with photographs of the exact pieces.
Essential
RoshniHand-Painted Diya Box
Our own diyas, made in the workshop by the thousand every Diwali — hand-painted terracotta filled flush with wax, so they light straight out of the box with no oil or wick to fuss over.
Six hand-painted wax-filled clay diyas
Rigid gift box with tissue lining
Printed message card with your branding
Choice of painted design and colourway
Best for: Large employee headcounts, society and RWA gifting, event giveaways
The bag does the work twice: it carries the gift, then stays in the house as a shopping bag. Printed with your logo or a campaign line, packed with diyas and a chocolate assortment.
Printed jute tote bag, 14 × 16 in, in your artwork
Set of hand-painted wax-filled clay diyas
Assorted chocolate or dry-fruit box
Personalised note card
Best for: Diwali and Dhanteras gifting, dealer and distributor meets, annual day
The hamper for a first day — a new office, a new home, a new joiner. A Ganesha to place, diyas to light and the small puja essentials that go with an opening.
Hand-finished Ganesha idol on a wooden base
Pair of hand-painted clay diyas
Roli, rice and a small brass bowl
Printed jute bag and message card
Best for: Griha pravesh, office inaugurations, employee joining kits
Brass is what people buy on Dhanteras, and it is what they keep. A full puja set — thali, bell, kalash, cast lamps — that a household uses every festival for years.
Engraved brass puja thali with bell and kalash
Pair of cast-brass oil lamps
Hand-painted clay diyas
Roli, rice and camphor in brass bowls
Best for: Dhanteras gifting, senior staff, family-run business clients
For the twenty or thirty gifts that carry the most weight. A hand-carved marble Lakshmi-Ganesha pair on raw silk, wrapped properly, with a card written to the person rather than the list.
Hand-carved marble Lakshmi-Ganesha idol pair
Raw-silk runner and premium rigid box
Chocolate or dry-fruit assortment
Hand-written or foiled personalised card
Best for: Client and partner gifting, board and leadership, long-service awards
Not every occasion is a festival. A calmer, contemporary set — marble desk piece, ceramic tealight, chocolates — that suits onboarding and appreciation gifting any month of the year.
Marble or resin desk piece
Matte ceramic tealight holder
Chocolate assortment
Printed jute bag and note card
Best for: Onboarding, conferences and offsites, appreciation and referral gifting
One well-made piece, properly presented. Built for large headcounts where consistency matters more than volume of contents.
Signature
A branded bag or box with a handcrafted centrepiece and a festive extra — the standard employee and dealer hamper.
Executive
A larger hand-carved or hand-cast piece, premium wrap and a personalised card, for clients, leadership and long-service gifting.
A note on the photographs. A hamper is assembled against your brief, so these are styled reference compositions built from our own pieces — the hand-painted diyas are exactly the ones our workshop makes each Diwali. Before anything is packed, you approve photographs of the actual items going into your order.

Corporate Diwali gifting works best when it feels handmade rather than mass-produced — which is exactly Gharana’s strength. Our six curations run from the Roshni diya box, filled with the hand-painted wax diyas our own workshop makes each Diwali, through the branded Utsav jute-bag hamper and the Dhanteras brass puja set, to the Sampann executive hamper built around a hand-carved marble Lakshmi-Ganesha pair. Each is a starting point: swap the centrepiece, change the diya colourway, print your artwork on the bag. We personalise the packaging with your branding and deliver at scale with GST invoicing across India. Most organisations run two or three tiers inside a single order — one for the broad employee base, one for senior staff, one for clients — which is a better use of a fixed total than averaging everyone to the same middling box. Minimum is around 25 hampers. Plan 3–4 weeks ahead for custom packaging, which is almost always the constraint rather than the gift itself; if you are closer to the festival than that, ready stock with a printed card still works well. Share your headcount, budget and occasion — on the form above or on WhatsApp 9882641949 — and we will come back with sample options and a costed proposal.
We take orders from around 25 hampers upward, scaling to several thousand. Message us with your headcount and budget for tiered pricing.
Can you brand the hampers with our logo?
Yes — custom boxes, logo printing and a personalised note card are all available. Share your brand assets and we’ll mock up options.
How early should we order for Diwali?
Book 3–4 weeks ahead. Custom packaging and large volumes need lead time, and courier networks slow near the festival.
Do you deliver to multiple office locations?
Yes — we can split-ship to multiple addresses or individual employees pan-India, with a consolidated GST invoice.
What are good corporate Diwali gifts under ₹1,000?
At a modest per-head budget a small curated set works best — our Roshni box of hand-painted wax diyas, or a branded jute bag with a pair of diyas and a printed card. One good piece presented properly beats several cheap items padding out a bigger box. Tell us the budget you are working to and we will show you exactly what it buys, with photographs.
Can we give different hampers to employees and to clients?
Yes, and most organisations do. Running two or three tiers inside a single order — one for the broad employee base, one for senior staff, one for clients — is usually a better use of a fixed total than averaging everyone to the same middling box. It is quoted, dispatched and invoiced as one order.
Can you put our logo on the gift itself?
On the packaging, yes — printed boxes, sleeves and note cards. On a diya or an idol we would advise against it: engraving a company name onto a devotional object turns a household piece into corporate merchandise, and it is the main reason such gifts stop being used. Your name on the box does the job.
Is it too late to order for this Diwali?
It depends what you want. Four weeks out, most things are possible if you drop fully custom boxes. Three weeks out means ready stock, standard packaging and office delivery. Under two weeks, gifting shortly after the festival often lands better than a rushed delivery arriving late — tell us your date and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.
Do you provide a GST invoice for corporate orders?
Yes — a proper tax invoice showing our GSTIN and the correct HSN codes for each product category, issued to your registered billing entity. Confirm your billing details when you place the order so the paperwork is right first time.
